Terms of use

The site describes our services and the results we have achieved for clients. It is general information, not advice for your business. Results depend on each client's market, offer and team, and past results do not promise future ones.

Timeframes such as "First meetings in 30 days" describe a typical engagement, and your engagement agreement confirms them for your business.

Figures for other routes on our compare pages, such as what a hire costs or how long it takes to a first meeting, are our estimates, built from the sources each page names. Client results, names and quotes appear with each client's permission.

Booking a call or sending a request does not commit you or us to any work. We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential, and use it only to prepare for the call and recommend where to start.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with how the site works
• Upload or send harmful code
• Copy the site's content or code in bulk to republish it
• Give us false information when you book a call

The site's text, diagrams, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Anything more needs our written permission.

Client names and logos belong to those clients. Tool names and logos belong to their owners, and showing them describes what we work with, not a partnership.

The site links to other sites, including Market Entry Secrets. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information you give us through the site.

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these terms, and disputes go to the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
